This week, we listen to a couple friends who have experienced different cultures as gay individuals — China and the West. We really wanted to know how their experiences differed, and what they thought about it. A million thanks to Garry and Haochen for opening up on some topics that aren’t normal conversation in everyday life!! We also look at gay rights in different places, and get a feel for how accepted it is around the world in this day and age.
In language news, “jiggly,” “wriggle,” and “giggle” are three of the 10 funniest words in the English language, according to a University of Alberta study. Tune in to find out what the rest are, and how they even came up with these!
